David Neal
BT Tech has been a lifelong dream of mine, ever since graduating in 2007 from Pinconning High School. My life took me in a different direction upon graduation where I left for military training as a member of the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. I completed two deployments for a total of 27 months in Iraq between 2007 and 2011. The interest in technology was born while working on a prototype communication system in a Blackhawk helicopter utilized for top ranking officials to command troops within the Iraq footprint. My time spent in the Army as a Signal Support System Specialist really honed my skills, specifically computer networking. After completing my military service, I moved back home and completed schooling at Davenport University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelors degree in Computer Networking and Network Security. Since then, I’ve enjoyed expanding my knowledge in computer networking, cabling, and engineering with private companies and contractors. My specialty in designing networks and helping companies make their networks and businesses complete, secure and efficient is why I love doing what I do.
Adam Bierlein
Hard work and persistence were something that I learned at an early age. Growing up working on a farm is where I learned the lessons that have helped me throughout my life and career. Dave, Noah, and myself carry these same values into Bierlein Trombley Technologies. As our customers, you can expect us to go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with our service. Technology changes at an extremely rapid pace, and most of the time, its a struggle just to keep up. Dave is the best there is when it comes to keeping up with everything technology and business related. Because of the synergies that need to happen between electrical and technology, as it relates to business, we felt that having a company to work side by side with BTE to specifically handle those customer needs would allow for a more seamless experience on the client side but with the same service and quality you've come to expect on the electrical side.

I’ve been doing electrical work with my dad, uncle and cousins; who are all electricians, starting at the age of ten and since then, it's all I've ever wanted to do. I've always had a passion for technology as well so starting BT Tech with Adam and Dave made sense. I was the kid who could always figure out a tech issue in our family, nothing too complicated of course, but I could always solve the issue. One of the main things I focus on at BT Tech is growth through our existing customer base, sales, and estimating. I have over ten years experience in bidding and project management, so I've learned that there is always a solution to a problem and there isn't anything we can't fix!
